Information you provide
When you submit a form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business address, message, order selections and acknowledgments. If you email us artwork, we also receive that artwork. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information through these forms.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss and confirm orders, arrange samples and shipping, provide payment details, and keep necessary business records. Submitting an order request is not an online purchase. Payments are arranged separately through ATH Móvil. We do not sell your personal information or use form submissions to enroll you in marketing lists.
Form delivery and service providers
Forms currently use FormSubmit to deliver your request to caparraarts@gmail.com. FormSubmit and our email provider process that information under their own policies. Website hosting and media providers process technical information needed to serve this site, such as IP addresses and browser details. We may share necessary delivery or production details with partners who help fulfill your request, or when required by law.
Custom artwork
Your artwork remains your property. We use it only to discuss and produce your requested tattoos, including necessary printing adjustments. We do not resell it or use it in advertising, social media or our portfolio without your written permission. Production partners may receive it only as needed to fulfill your order and must keep it confidential. You may request deletion after your order is complete.
Browser preferences and external links
This site saves your English or Spanish language preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing site data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information. WhatsApp and Instagram links open third-party services with their own privacy policies. You can contact us by email instead. We do not currently include advertising trackers in the site’s own code; hosting and external services may have their own technical logging or cookies.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain request correspondence and order records as needed to handle your request and meet business or legal obligations. Retention by service providers is governed by their policies. Connections to our site and form service use HTTPS, but no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email caparraarts@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
