Refund & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES
At Caparra Arts, all temporary tattoo purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.
Our temporary tattoos are packaged in waterproof packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy, except as required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for purchases, changes of mind, unwanted items, or unused products.
- No Returns
- We do not accept returns of temporary tattoos, whether opened, unopened, used, or unused.
- No Exchanges
- We do not exchange products for different designs, quantities, or other merchandise.
- No Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
- No Store Credit
- Store credit is not offered in place of refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Wholesale & Preorders
- All wholesale orders, custom orders, and preorders are subject to this policy. Payments and deposits are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and provide a resolution as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
